Repairs, service contracts and commissioning

We have seven qualified and experienced engineers working from our sales and services centres based in Wellington, near Taunton, and Launceston; so we are always near to our South West customers.

Repairs can be carried out in our workshops, or we offer an onsite 3R's service - Remove, Repair, Refit. All new working and machinery directives are covered by Total Pumps Ltd extensive service engineers' certification; we also ensure your health and safety, plus insurance questions, are covered. Always ask if you're uncertain - don't be caught out!

Our engineers are qualified to set up and commission most types of water booster sets and heating system pressurisation equipment. Regular maintenance and re-commissioning ensures that they operate within correct parameters, often saving considerable running costs.

Many customers ask us to arrange a maintenance contract with them. This ensures the equipment is regularly maintained and continues to perform correctly, besides giving long-term peace of mind for the end-user.
